Using Google Suite AI tools for everyday work

“Using Google Suite AI Tools for Everyday Work” was an online mentorship session held on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM (GMT+8), over Zoom and Facebook Live. It was organized by the UP Data Science Society with Eskwelabs, and it was open to students and professionals alike. Registration was free and closed at 5:00 PM on the day of the session. Registered participants received a certificate of attendance.

The session was a presentation and demo on the AI features already built into Google Workspace, with a focus on Google Sheets. The idea was to show how to use those features on ordinary tasks, with practical examples of automating routine steps and getting through daily work faster.

Abby Prado is a Data Analytics Mentor at Eskwelabs. She walked through where the AI tools sit inside the Workspace apps and how to fold them into an existing workflow.
